Özgür BÜYÜKBALKAN
Cofounder
Özgür Büyükbalkan, in 2009 earned a double major in Finance and Marketing from Drexel University, LeBow College of Business in the United States.
After returning to Turkey in 2009, he joined Büyükbalkan Mali Müşavirlik, gaining extensive experience in auditing, tax consultancy, and corporate compliance.
In 2014, he founded BB Bilişim ve İnternet Hizmetleri, offering corporate solutions such as Business compliance, Trademark registration, Virtual Office Services.
He is also the Turkey representative for 3E Accounting Network and a registered trademark representative.

Emine BÜYÜKBALKAN
Emine Büyükbalkan is a highly experienced and trusted name in accounting and payroll management. Since co-founding Büyükbalkan Financial Consultancy in 1982, she has played a key role in providing businesses with tailored financial solutions and contributing to the firm's success.
Beyond her expertise in finance, she is deeply committed to social responsibility. Since 2007, she has served as the Treasurer of the Turkish Women’s Union, actively working to empower women in economic and social life. From 2008 to 2016, she also served as General Secretary and Treasurer of the Istanbul Life Association, managing the financial operations of various social initiatives.
Since 2015, she has been a KGK-certified Independent Auditor, ensuring financial transparency, accuracy, and ethical auditing practices.
Emine is an active member of several professional and social organizations, including TÜRMOB, the Istanbul Chamber of CPAs, the Public Oversight, Accounting, and Auditing Standards Authority (KGK), 3E Accounting Network, the Turkish Women’s Union, and the Contemporary Accountants Foundation. She also continues to contribute to the cultural and social life of Istanbul through her involvement in the Istanbul Life Association.

Uğur BÜYÜKBALKAN
With over 40 years of expertise in accounting, finance, and auditing, Uğur Büyükbalkan has played a significant role in shaping the industry. In 1980, he co-founded Büyükbalkan Financial Consultancy and Sworn-in Certified Public Accounting Services, providing high-level financial advisory services to businesses.
From 1994 to 2003, he served as General Secretary and Vice President of TÜRMOB, contributing to the development of the accounting profession in Turkey. Between 1996 and 2005, he was a Member and Chairman of the Audit Board at Beşiktaş Gymnastics Club (BJK), ensuring financial transparency and sustainability within the club. He continues to serve as a Divan Board Member at BJK.
Büyükbalkan has also taken on key roles in municipal governance. From 2004 to 2014, he served as Deputy Mayor for Revenues at Beşiktaş Municipality, overseeing the city’s financial management. Between 2009 and 2014, he was a Member of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Council, actively contributing to the Budget and Planning Committee. He currently serves as the General Coordinator at Marmaraereğlisi Municipality and as President of the Istanbul Life Association, leading social and cultural projects in the city.
Passionate about sharing his knowledge and experience, Uğur Büyükbalkan has authored eight books on accounting and finance, along with numerous articles published in industry-leading journals. He is an active member of TÜRMOB, the Sworn-in Certified Public Accountants Chamber (YMM), the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC), the Public Oversight, Accounting, and Auditing Standards Authority (KGK), the 3E Accounting Network, and the Mediterranean Federation of Accountants, engaging in both national and international professional organizations.

Necmiye İstem KARGILI
Necmiye İstem Kargılı pursued a degree in English Sociology at Marmara University (2001-2005), followed by a Law degree from Bahçeşehir University Faculty of Law (2007-2011).
With strong expertise in corporate legal matters, intellectual property rights, and trademark registration and protection, İstem provides comprehensive legal solutions to businesses and individuals. Proficient in English and possessing an intermediate level of German, she offers legal consultancy on complex commercial transactions, contract negotiations, and intellectual property strategies.
Since 2023, İstem has been practicing as an independent attorney, advising clients on corporate governance, dispute resolution, and brand protection strategies in both local and international markets.

Behiç BENTÜRK
Behiç Bentürk was born in 1992 in İzmir and completed his high school education at Saint Benoît French High School. He graduated from Bilgi University Faculty of Law and later earned a Master’s degree in Economic Law from Galatasaray University with High Honors.
Specializing in IT Law, Corporate Law, and Crypto Asset Law, he has extensive experience in legal aspects of digital transformation, corporate structuring, contract management, and blockchain regulations. Since 2019, he has been serving as the Chief Legal Officer (CLO) at Bilira Crypto Asset Trading Platform, overseeing legal operations and developing strategic legal frameworks for fintech innovations.
With advanced proficiency in French and English, Behiç Bentürk plays an active role in international projects, combining theoretical expertise with practical experience to shape the future of digital law.

Ozan TURHAN
Ozan Turhan graduated from Eskişehir Anadolu University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Economics and also completed a two-year Associate Degree in Justice at Istanbul Kültür University with a 75% scholarship.
With 14 years of experience since 2010, he has specialized in residence permits, work permits, and citizenship processes, providing expert guidance in immigration and legal consultancy. Throughout his career, he has assisted numerous individuals and businesses in navigating the complexities of Turkish immigration law, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and streamlining application processes.
